Do you want to step into a strategically important HR role where you work closely with the management team and contribute to a socially important and environmentally beneficial organization? There is now an opportunity for an interim assignment as a Senior HR Specialist with an established organization in the public sector in Gothenburg.

The assignment is a temporary addition to strengthen the HR function in an organization with a clear social mission and high demands for quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. You will be part of a competent HR team and work closely with managers, the management team, and the CEO. You will have a central role focusing on qualified HR issues and serve as a strategic and operational support within the organization.

In this role, you will work with:

• Labor law issues and complex personnel matters

• Rehabilitation and workplace environment work

• Support in recruitment, including executive positions

• Advising managers, the management team, and the CEO

• Active participation in the management team

Has solid experience and confidence in senior HR roles and thrives in an advisory and responsible position. To succeed, we would like you to have:

• 5–8 years of experience in qualified HR work, both strategically and operationally

• Deep expertise in labor law, workplace environment, and recruitment

• Documented experience in handling complex and sensitive matters at the management level

• Experience in change management

• Experience from the public sector or politically governed organizations is highly meritorious

• Scope: Full-time (possibility for reduced hours initially)
