About the position:

We are looking for an engaged supervisor who wants to make a difference in people's working lives. You will work both independently and in a team, document progress, and coach participants towards jobs or education.

Qualifications:

Option 1:

• At least two years of post-secondary education.
• At least three years of full-time work experience in areas such as management with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling personnel issues (not just administration), work with labor and labor market issues, or social and group psychology.

Option 2:

• Completed higher education comprising at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent from a vocational college.
• At least two years of full-time work experience, including part-time work where the total working hours correspond to full-time over two years.

Meritorious:

• Multilingualism.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Information:

We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate. The position is part-time and the workplace is located in Skövde.
