Business Operations Project Manager

As Zinzino continues to expand into new markets, we are strengthening our Business Development organization with an experienced Business Operations Project Manager. This role is suited for someone with proven experience from business operations, market expansion and cross-functional execution, who can contribute with structure, pace and hands-on delivery from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support the development and launch of new markets, as well as improvements in existing markets.
• Own and coordinate operational workstreams within market expansion initiatives.
• Translate business initiatives into concrete plans, actions and follow-up across functions such as logistics, finance, IT, marketing and communication.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring progress, alignment and timely delivery.
• Contribute to market assessments, business cases and decision material for expansion projects.
• Take ownership of documentation, integrations, regulatory tasks and operational readiness related to market launches.
• Act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and information flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international business, finance or similar.
• Several years of experience in business operations, market expansion, business development or similar roles.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally in international or multi-market environments.
• Strong ability to drive execution, structure complex initiatives and follow up on progress.
• Comfortable working hands-on while maintaining a holistic business perspective.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Merit: experience in expansion in Asia, especially APAC region.
