Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for summer temporary workers for our telephone operations in Trollhättan.

You will be part of a work group consisting of telephone operators and system administrators. Telephone service is available in three locations and supports healthcare around the clock, every day of the year. As a telephone operator, you will work in several systems, relay calls, and guide the public with the right information.

Other common tasks:

• manage, alert, and monitor emergency medical alarms
• guidance to the right functions for both the public and the region's operations.
• administration and handling of disaster support, on-call changes, and on-call lists
• monitoring of technical alarms in our Security Center and collaboration with security guards

To provide good service in the role of telephone operator, you need to:

• Have a high stress tolerance and maintain calm when handling calls in pressured and emergency alarm situations.
• Ability to work at a high pace and actively listen while searching for information.
• Very good teamwork skills but also be able to take responsibility and work independently.

You have a high school education and good knowledge of Office 365 as well as experience in learning and working in various systems. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way.

Experience in switchboard and referral system work, contact centers, or other telephone operator work is an advantage. Additional merit is experience in meeting people in vulnerable situations.
