Your new role
We are currently looking for an HR Manager for our client in Gothenburg. As an HR Manager, you will be a key person in their HR team and support the management in strategic and operational matters during a temporary period.
At their headquarters in Gothenburg, they work closely together to create the best conditions for their managers and employees. The HR team consists of an HR Manager, HR Partner, Occupational Health Engineer, and HR Administrator.
You will report to the Chief of Staff and the CEO and become part of the management team.
In this role, you will primarily:
Handle labor law issues and qualified HR matters
Support rehabilitation and workplace environment
Participate in recruitment
Provide advice to management and the CEO
Scope of the assignment: Full-time, 100% Employment form: Temporary employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Work model: Office in Hisingen, Gothenburg, with the possibility of remote work about 1 day/week. Start: Desired start date is January/February 2026. End: 2026-06-30. To be successful in this role, you needAt least 5–8 years of experience in HR, both strategically and operationally.
Documented experience in labor law, workplace environment, and recruitment for senior positions.
High competence in handling complex HR matters and providing advice to management and the CEO.
Desirable: Experience from the public sector and politically governed organizations.
Desirable: Experience in change management and transformation.
