We are looking for a sales-oriented team leader with development opportunities for our team in the Gothenburg region!

Are you an outgoing team player looking for a new job?

As a team leader with us, you will lead a group of technicians while also actively driving and performing your own sales.

We are looking for someone with extensive work experience and a strong drive who wants to help build our operations in Gothenburg.

Our business idea is to offer high-quality services and comprehensive solutions tailored to each customer that improve and streamline the customer's operations.

We are represented from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south, with our headquarters in Järfälla, Stockholm.

What services do we offer our customers?

● Special cleaning services of various kinds. This means different types of more complicated cleaning that most cannot handle themselves.

● Preventive protection, meaning organizing various techniques to protect surfaces and environments from pollution and destruction.

● Analyses and investigations. In this area, we ensure that environments are healthy and safe.

● Restoration after damage. This area deals with repairs in the form of painting work, plastering, and minor construction work.

To succeed in the role of team leader with us, we prefer that you:

● Are generally handy.

● Can work efficiently both independently and in a team and are not afraid to take your own initiatives.

● Have some type of experience from similar industries.

● Have good collaboration skills both internally and externally. You are a team player and enjoy contributing to the work group.

● Have a B driver's license, manual (NOTE - REQUIRED), + if it is extended.

● Enjoy challenges and problem-solving, are willing to roll up your sleeves, and are creative with the mindset that nothing is impossible.

● Enjoy customer contact, are communicative and outgoing.

● Can speak and understand Swedish fluently.

● Preferably make customer visits and are not afraid of proactive work.

● Are results-oriented and goal-driven.

● Have experience/industry knowledge, proactive sales experience.
