Are you passionate about fresh produce and great service? We are now looking for a dedicated Fruit & Vegetable Manager for our store! We work with team picking, which means we collaborate to create the best possible customer experience and a well-stocked store.

About the position:

As the Fruit & Vegetable Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our fruit and vegetable department. You are part of a team that ensures the department is always well-stocked, fresh, and inviting. Your role includes everything from ordering, displaying, and signage to quality control and inventory management. You will also liaise with suppliers and ensure that both work routines and hygiene are followed according to applicable regulations. We would like you to start with us in April.

Your responsibilities:

• Be responsible for ordering and receiving goods
• Ensure that the department always maintains the highest quality
• Plan and execute campaigns
• Create attractive displays
• Monitor sales and waste
• Keep track of the assortment and new products
• Lead and inspire colleagues in the department

About you:

• You have experience in grocery retail, preferably in fruit & vegetables
• You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have an eye for detail
• You are self-driven but also enjoy working in a team
• You have good physical fitness (heavy lifting is part of the job)
• You enjoy providing high-level customer service
• You have an interest in seasonal produce and sustainability
