Do you want to work in customer service for a growing Nordic company focused on health and well-being?

NordWell Group AB is now looking for a 50% customer service representative for our office in Trollhättan, responsible for our Danish customer service.

We run several e-commerce stores within orthopedic aids and work daily to help people achieve a better everyday life.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Provide professional and empathetic service to customers in Denmark and Sweden
  • Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and products
  • Collaborate closely with our team at the office in Trollhättan

We are looking for someone who

  • Writes Danish and Swedish fluently
  • Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
  • Is service-oriented, structured, and responsible

Meritorious (but not required):

  • The Norwegian language
  • Experience in customer service or e-commerce
