About the role

You will play a crucial role in our finance team, which currently consists of the CEO, CFO, and an external accounting consultant, and you will also work closely with the customer and delivery teams. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment, dares to think outside the box, and contributes to the next generation of accounting systems that will scale globally.

The role initially focuses on customer invoicing, contract management, and registering supplier invoices, and you will also play an important role in developing and automating our financial processes to support a scalable and data-driven working method.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer invoicing related to contracts, projects, and price lists
• Manage invoicing in multiple currencies for both the Swedish parent company and the Danish subsidiary
• Accounts payable and handling of purchase orders with PO numbers
• Variance management, accruals, and revenue tracking
• Work with and contribute to the implementation of new systems for invoicing and contracts in Q2 2026
• Support the commercial team with analysis, decision-making materials, and reports
• Assist with period-end closing and financial statements in collaboration with an external accounting firm

We are looking for someone who

• Has a post-secondary education in finance or accounting
• Has at least 5 years of experience working as an accounting assistant or in a similar role
• Ideally has a background in SaaS, tech, or growth companies
• Ideally has experience with international invoicing, currency management, and VAT issues across borders, as Klimator currently operates in seven active markets
• Has good system skills and thrives in environments where much is still under development
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
