About the position

  • As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will represent Releasy and our client Ellos Group, a leading e-commerce player in fashion, home, and beauty in the Nordics.
  • You will be the primary contact point for private customers via calls and emails.
  • Your main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • You are also expected to provide accurate information about products/services and guide customers through various processes.
  • Your primary goal is to actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.

To give you a good introduction to the job, the employment starts with 2 weeks of training combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will gradually learn new things and grow.

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. There are varying working hours scheduled within the assignment's opening hours, which are Monday-Friday 07:00-17:00. Training starts on 2026-02-23.

Qualifications and skills

  • Fluent Norwegian in speech and writing.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish both orally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing.
  • Good computer and system skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
