Part-Time Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a quick-learning and dedicated accounting assistant for part-time work during the spring semester and full-time work during the holiday period for our client with an office in Mölndal. During the semester, the job will involve about one day a week, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

About the Position

As an accounting assistant with our client, you will be part of a team with wonderful colleagues. You will support them with various tasks and get to see several aspects of the accounting work while developing and taking responsibility. Your tasks will include:

• Managing intercompany invoices
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and deliveries
• Handling and registering payments
• Supporting the team with other relevant tasks within accounting

Suitable Background

For this position, we are looking for someone with some previous experience as an accounting assistant, perhaps from summer jobs or part-time work alongside your studies. You have an understanding of the flow in an accounting department and can quickly adapt to new tasks.

As a person, you are responsible and meticulous, have an easy time collaborating, and can take your own initiatives. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
