Job Responsibilities
The Execution Department Centrum is undergoing an exciting reorganization, where three management groups have now become four.
We are now looking for a method developer tasked with ensuring quality and developing working methods within housing with special services and daily activities.
You will work alongside three other method developers and two business developers. You will work on behalf of the operations manager and provide support to unit managers and support pedagogues. The work involves both strategic and operational levels. You will be part of Centrum 4 but will support all management groups and operations where needed.
Your work involves implementing methods based on evidence-based practice and theory. Your assignment has a clear user perspective but also a holistic perspective where you enable collaboration with other internal and external actors. The method developer will monitor the external environment and disseminate knowledge to the organization. You will support, educate, and provide methodological guidance to employees. Part of your work includes working with social documentation, including ensuring quality and conducting self-assessments.
Your assignment includes ensuring the quality of operations based on assignments and applicable legislation. You will help maintain networks for support pedagogues in the area and also be part of a network for method developers in the city. Together with the unit manager, you will participate in the planning and initiation of new operations. You will also be part of the referral process for housing with special services in the urban area.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a university degree in education or social work or other education that the employer deems relevant.
Since the role involves guiding and mentoring your colleagues, you need to have good knowledge of established working methods such as LAB, IBIC, ESL, and social documentation. You should also have a good understanding of the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS) and the target group. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of daily activities and the Act on Choice Systems (LOV).
You take responsibility for your tasks and the group's tasks. You are calm and secure in pressured and difficult situations. You can balance the demands placed on you and can make well-founded decisions despite time pressure. You are attentive and open to understanding other people's needs, feelings, and opinions. You are motivated to learn new things and develop. You come up with new ideas and take the initiative for improvements.
Warm welcome with your application!
