We are looking for a senior Business Analyst for an assignment in the PLM area focusing on product structure and configuration. The assignment is carried out in a complex and technically advanced environment where managing product information throughout the lifecycle is business-critical. A central challenge is to support processes related to the development and verification of software in all configurations of the product portfolio.

You will be a key person in the work of establishing and further developing processes, information flows, and digital solutions that ensure accurate and traceable product information from early development to finished product.

In this role, you will drive PLM initiatives within product configuration from start to finish and act as the bridge between business and IT. You will work in cross-functional teams and be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring that solutions are implemented with high quality and precision on time. The work involves close collaboration with development, system owners, and other stakeholders in an environment with high demands for structure, traceability, and delivery reliability.

You are expected to deliver clear and anchored requirement specifications related to PLM and product configuration, contribute to effective processes for managing product information, and ensure that PLM solutions support both hardware and software development in complex configurations. Deliverables will be made in close dialogue with the business, focusing on quality, structure, and timeliness.

• Academic degree in engineering, computer science, or a relevant field

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry

• Several years of practical experience with business processes related to PLM

• Experience working in complex environments focusing on product structure, configuration, and lifecycle management

• Good understanding of how PLM support is used in larger development organizations

• Excellent ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

• Experience with Teamcenter and working in larger industrial environments is a plus

• Analytical and structured in your approach

• Confident in presenting, anchoring, and driving solutions forward

• Delivery-focused with a strong quality awareness

• Open and collaborative in cross-functional contexts

• Comfortable handling complex issues through good facilitation
