About the Position

Here you will have the opportunity to use your precision, commitment, and attention to detail in your daily work. We are looking for an accounting assistant for one of our clients in Gothenburg. The position is a consulting assignment via KFX HR-partner, where you will work at our client's site.

Responsibilities

As an accounting assistant, you will have a varied everyday life where you help drive the daily financial work forward. You will, among other things:

• Perform reconciliations and ensure that the figures are correct
• Be responsible for accounts payable
• Handle ongoing bookkeeping

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and has a genuine interest in finance. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure with service and collaboration, and you work just as well independently as in a team. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and see challenges as opportunities to grow.

We see that you have:

• Post-secondary education with a focus on finance
• Experience in bookkeeping
• Experience from the accounts payable process in larger companies. Incoming registration, coding, complex code strings including VAT code, sending for approval and authorization
• Good system skills and interest in digital tools, as well as being self-sufficient after a short introduction
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Other

Experience with the IFS system, as well as SAP, is an advantage.
