Education Coordinator at Gothenburg Technical College

We are looking for a communicative and service-oriented education coordinator for Gothenburg Technical College in Torslanda. The assignment is a temporary position of about 60 percent with immediate start and the possibility of extension.

Start as soon as possible. Working hours can be distributed either over three full days or five shorter days per week.

The position is a consulting assignment through us at Manpower. Apply for the position if you are a student or have another main occupation such as being a senior, running your own business with an F-tax certificate, or working part-time at least 50%.

About the role

As an education coordinator, you will be an important part of the operations within the vocational college. The tasks will be adapted to your experience and capacity, but you will primarily work with administrative tasks. This may involve registering information in systems, issuing certificates, and being a contact person for students.

During the spring, the need for communication regarding marketing and new students increases. Therefore, you will receive incoming inquiries, compile them, and provide feedback with support from colleagues. The role requires a communicative person who is confident in taking calls and can effectively find the right paths in the organization.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a meticulous and driven administrator with excellent communication skills. Experience in educational operations or vocational colleges is an advantage but not a requirement.
