Assignment Description

The client is a municipal company owned by the municipalities of Ale, Bollebygd, Gothenburg, Härryda, Kungälv, Lerum, Mölndal, and Partille. The client manages wastewater as well as approved water from industries in their partner municipalities. At Ryaverket, they purify the water and remove a large part of the nutrients that contribute to eutrophication in the sea, returning it to the cycle in the form of biogas and treated sludge.

To temporarily cover their organization, the client needs to bring in an Interim Senior HR. The HR team consists of an HR manager, an HR partner, a work environment engineer, and an HR administrator. Together, they work to create the best conditions for their managers in all HR-related processes. Organizationally, they belong to the Staff and report to the Head of Staff and the CEO.

Role Description

You will primarily handle labor law matters, support in rehabilitation and work environment, as well as recruitment. You will be part of the company's management.

Possibility for remote work: Yes, by agreement up to one day per week.

Mandatory Requirements

• Extensive experience, 5-8 years, in HR with strategic and operational work.
• Experience in qualified work within labor law, work environment, and recruitment for senior positions.
• High competence and experience in handling difficult cases and advising the management and CEO.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience from the public sector and politically governed organizations.
• Experience in change management.
