NutraQ is looking for a Czech and/or Slovak Customer Care Assistant for their office in Trollhättan. Here you will be part of a wonderful team at a fast-growing and innovative company in the beauty and health sector. NutraQ has received the Great Place to Work award for several years in a row, where teamwork and fun are prioritized. Their fresh office is located at Innovatum in Trollhättan, easily accessible by train or bus. In this role, you will report to the responsible manager in Prague.

This is a consultancy assignment for approximately 6 months with an immediate start desired. Thereafter, there are good opportunities for extension or employment with the client.

About the role of Customer Care Assistant at NutraQ

As a Customer Care Assistant at NutraQ, you can expect a varied workday, being the first point of contact for customers needing assistance and advice regarding NutraQ's various products. With good communication skills and a knack for service, you will ensure that customers receive the best possible help and advice.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to NutraQ's Czech and/or Slovak customers via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Actively drive upselling by identifying and providing relevant products and services.

  • Call customers for follow-up and welcome calls to ensure a superior customer experience.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to the customer service process.

Qualifications & experience

  • Fluent in Czech and/or Slovak, both spoken and written

  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Experience in service and sales
