Ågrenska is a unique, developing meeting place and a national competence center for rare diagnoses. We operate activities from a holistic perspective for children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities, their relatives, and professionals. Ågrenska is beautifully located on Lilla Amundön, 15 km south of Gothenburg and is owned by the Ågrenska Foundation, which is a non-profit organization. Ågrenska provides short-term stays and daily activities, family activities, adult activities, personal assistance, family support, as well as courses and training.
We are now looking for a Marketing Communicator who wants to contribute to developing, strengthening, and making Ågrenska's communication, brand, and fundraising efforts visible. The position is a one-year temporary position with good opportunities for extension.
About the assignment
In the role of Marketing Communicator, you will work broadly with Ågrenska's marketing and communication, with a particular focus on digital channels. You will plan, implement, and follow up on digital marketing, information dissemination, and fundraising, against set goals and in close collaboration with colleagues in marketing and communication as well as other operations.
You will drive and develop Ågrenska's website and digital presence and be responsible for content on social media and other digital platforms. The role includes producing, updating, and structuring communication materials such as text, images, videos, printed materials, and event materials. You will also work with digital fundraising campaigns and contribute to strengthening and developing Ågrenska's brand, both internally and externally.
The work also involves coordinating training for companies, public agencies, and interest organizations, as well as closely collaborating with other operations regarding communication and fundraising. You will analyze data, the external environment, and market trends to develop new working methods and creative solutions. If necessary, you will also write applications to foundations.
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant post-secondary education in marketing, communication, or equivalent
Experience in marketing and digital communication as well as in driving projects from idea to follow-up
Excellent stylistic ability and experience in producing content for digital channels and social media
Experience in communication strategies and working in design programs
Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of the Office suite
Experience with CMS systems and good knowledge of AI in daily work
If you also have experience in fundraising or sales, work in the non-profit sector, familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising platforms, or experience in writing applications to foundations, we consider this an advantage.
As a person, you are proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to collaborate and build relationships while enjoying working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks. You are structured, flexible, and creative in your working methods.

Employment form: The position is a one-year temporary position with good opportunities for extension. The working hours are mainly office hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Evening and weekend work may occur for participation in events, fairs, or similar.
