About the role

As a communicator at Göteborgs Stads Parkering AB, you will play a central role in strengthening our brand and communication. You will work closely with the business, jump into projects, take part in meetings, and ensure that communication is an obvious part of everything we do. The role is broad and varied. Strategic work is an obvious part, but the emphasis is on practical implementation. Therefore, it is important that you are a person who gets things done and is comfortable switching pace and between tasks.

Your tasks

• Drive and develop both external and internal communication as well as marketing in our channels such as web, social media, app, campaigns, intranet, and meeting forums.
• Create engaging and clear content that reaches out.
• Be the communications unit's representative in projects and initiatives where communication is crucial.
• Ensure that our messages align with our brand and reach the right target groups.
• Manage a daily influx of various tasks within the communication area.

Who are you?

• You have a relevant education in communication or similar.
• You have several years of experience in the profession.

We are looking for someone who is:

• a force, you take initiative, jump in, and make a difference.
• brave and outgoing, you dare to challenge and come up with new ideas.
• a skilled writer with a sense for language and tone and extensive experience in text production, preferably both in short form (like UX copy) and longer texts such as news articles.
• collaborative and inclusive, you enjoy working together and creating engagement.
• used to navigating in different environments and projects.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. This is a role for you who can contribute both competence and energy.

Meritorious:

• experience in crisis communication.
• familiarity with press communication and media handling.
• experience in planning and/or producing larger events, such as employee days and fairs.
