What does the role entail?

As an advisor, you are an important contact point between our customers and debtors. Your task is to work with the debtor to find sustainable solutions to financial challenges. Your main job is to handle incoming calls and emails from customers and actively work to create clear and fair agreements. In addition, administrative tasks may also occur, so we see that you are used to handling administrative tasks with precision.

As an advisor with us, you will have a meaningful role where you make a difference - every day. You will always have support from team leaders and colleagues - we believe in collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Who are you?

As an advisor, you are a central contact point in our operations. You work to receive and manage incoming calls and emails from customers, where you guide them through financial challenges with sensitivity and professionalism. By assessing each case individually, you strive to find solutions that are both sustainable and fair, with the goal of creating long-term agreements that foster financial stability.

The role also involves documenting and following up on agreements, collaborating with colleagues and other functions to ensure a good customer experience, and performing administrative tasks with accuracy and structure. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

Experience in debt collection or the energy sector is a plus.
