Payroll Assistant for Consulting Assignment in Borås

Do you have experience in payroll administration and want to contribute to a socially important organization? We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented payroll assistant for a consulting assignment in Borås. The assignment is full-time with an immediate start, lasting three months with a possibility of extension.

About the Assignment

As a payroll assistant, you will work independently with payroll administrative tasks and support other payroll administrators. You will handle tasks from the payroll system Hogia and create documentation in Excel. The role involves contributing to a smooth payroll process and ensuring that tasks are handled correctly according to current procedures.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve data from Hogia Payroll
  • Create documentation in Excel based on information from Hogia
  • Support other payroll administrators with payroll administration, as time allows

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in payroll administration and good system skills. You are structured and meticulous, with good collaboration skills and a strong sense of service. You work independently and are proactive, while also being able to take responsibility and drive tasks from start to finish. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are flexible and stress-resistant, and have integrity and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality in personnel and payroll matters.

Qualifications:

  • High school education, preferably with further training in payroll, economics, administration, or HR
  • Documented experience working with Hogia Payroll (preferably Hogia Plus or Hogia Payroll Classic)
  • Experience with Hogia Personnel
  • Very good skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data control)
  • Experience in payroll administration, preferably within the public sector or larger organizations
  • Good knowledge of laws and agreements, such as the Vacation Act, Working Hours Act, and collective agreements (experience with municipal agreements, e.g., General Terms - AB, is a merit)
  • Good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish

Meritorious:

  • Experience from municipal operations or other public services
  • Experience with Flex HRM Payroll/Personnel
  • Experience with system integrations and system changes

Start Date and Application

The position is a full-time consulting assignment located in Borås. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will last for three months, with a possibility of extension. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, with flexible hours.
