Graphic Designer at Länsförsäkringar

Are you a self-driven and creative person who wants to contribute alongside a specialist team? Then you are the one we are looking for!

As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visual communication that engages and builds Länsförsäkringar's strong brand. You will transform briefs and concepts into visually appealing and effective design solutions for both digital and print media, always keeping the graphic profile in mind.

Responsibilities

• Produce a wide variety of communication materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, banners, exhibition materials, and illustrations
• Ensure that all designs are consistent and adhere to our graphic profile, guidelines, and brand strategy
• Work closely with colleagues such as copywriters, production managers, and performance marketing specialists to understand needs and deliver effective design solutions
• Prepare and deliver files in the correct technical format for both print production and digital publishing within set deadlines
• Based on analysis, follow up and, if necessary, adjust to ensure our units achieve the best possible results

We are looking for someone who has:

• A strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail. A good understanding of layout, color, shape, and typography
• The ability to receive and give constructive feedback, as well as present and justify design choices
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Relevant education in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience
• Excellent knowledge of industry-standard software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)

Preferred Qualifications

You are curious about new ways of working and have an interest in how AI, digital tools, and new technology can be used in daily design work. You enjoy testing new features and tools that can simplify, speed up, and improve production and creative processes. This may involve using AI or smart features in design tools to support idea generation, image management, or layout – always with quality and brand in focus.
