Interim Manager in the Non-Profit Sector

We are currently seeking an interim manager for a client in the non-profit sector. We are looking for a secure leader with experience in development and change management as well as operational support.

Job Description

As a section manager, you will be responsible for leading the section's operations, both in daily activities and in long-term development and change efforts. The section is part of a larger unit along with four other sections.

You will report to the unit manager and, together with the unit manager and the four other section managers, you will be part of the unit's management team. Your mission is largely about creating context, understanding, and motivating others as well as providing security. You have the ability to think innovatively, are creative, curious, and can inspire others. You build trust and have the ability to develop relationships.

Who are you?

• Have relevant academic education
• Experience as a manager in the non-profit sector or public sector
• Experience in development and change management
• Experience in operational support

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in remote leadership

To succeed in this role, you have strong communication skills, experience in change management, an understanding of decision-making processes in non-profit operations, and a commitment to translating decisions into practical operations.
