CEO for Our New Flagship Facilities – Renault & Dacia

Do you want to build something new and create two successful Renault and Dacia facilities? RN Automotive is looking for a driven and results-oriented CEO who wants to take full responsibility for the operations of two dealership facilities in the newly established company RN Automotive – focusing on sales, aftersales, and service for both passenger and commercial vehicles.

About the Role

As CEO, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and build a completely new business together with your team. You will lead the work to further develop two reference facilities for Renault and Dacia in Sweden – setting the standard for customer experience, business professionalism, and long-term profitability.

You will be the hub of the organization, responsible for recruiting, inspiring, and developing teams within both sales and service. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a strong culture characterized by customer focus, teamwork, and results.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop two new facilities with full profit responsibility.
• Recruit and develop strong teams within sales, aftersales, and service.
• Drive sales and create long-term customer relationships – focusing on both growth and customer satisfaction.
• Establish a strong local market presence.
• Ensure efficient operations, profitability, and continuous development of the business.
• Be innovative and contribute to making our facilities leaders for Renault and Dacia in Sweden.

We Are Looking For You Who

• Has documented experience in leading a team and driving sales.
• Has a background as a site manager, sales manager, or similar (CEO experience is a plus but not a requirement).
• Is passionate about building teams and creating engagement.
• Has a strong business drive and a pronounced customer focus.
• Is results-oriented and thrives in a role where you can combine strategy with operational responsibility.

About RN Automotive

RN Automotive is a newly formed subsidiary of Hedin Caetano AB, and a sister company to RN Nordic AB, responsible for the import and distribution of Renault, Dacia, and Alpine in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. From November 3, 2025, RN Automotive will operate the dealership business for Renault and Dacia at two facilities in Haninge and Spånga, taken over from Hedin Automotive Stockholm. This initiative is a strategic step to strengthen the brands' presence in the Swedish market and create the customer experience of the future. The facilities will serve as reference points for innovation, customer satisfaction, and business development, while also contributing knowledge and inspiration to the broad network of independent dealers.
