To succeed... As a Business Area Manager, you have a central role where you drive, develop, and ensure the quality of the work within your area. You are responsible for ensuring that the group meets the company's goals with a focus on full houses, satisfied customers, and good cost control, while creating a safe and inclusive work environment.

You are responsible for the development, leasing, and profitability of the commercial property portfolio, and you lead your group through structured planning, proper staffing, and continuous follow-up. The role entails full financial responsibility for revenues and costs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, as well as continuously improving working methods. We are looking for you... Who has several years of leadership experience. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in the same industry or are currently active in it. You are confident in your leadership, used to taking responsibility, and thrive in an environment where decision-making paths are short and the pace is high. You are a present and engaged leader who creates security, participation, and an open climate where everyone dares to contribute. You prioritize the best interests of the organization, provide clear feedback, delegate with follow-up, and are a role model in everyday life. As a person, you are strategic and proactive, driving development and new working methods, and fostering close collaboration between business areas and other functions to create coherence and business value. Together with the regional manager, you develop both the business and your colleagues, work towards set goals, and support the team through guidance and constructive challenges.

You take clear ownership of communication and ensure that the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, leading to measurable results. You translate strategic goals into concrete actions and drive the work forward with a clear business focus.
