The Economics and Planning Unit is responsible for producing the Swedish Customs Agency's operational plan including budget, the agency's annual report and budget proposals, as well as the agency's work on internal control and governance. Within the unit, we are also responsible for the Swedish Customs Agency's ongoing accounting and closing of accounts, payments, as well as development and support within external financing. Furthermore, our task is to continuously monitor the operational plan and budget throughout the year.
