Regional & Business Area Manager - Hotels

Do you want to lead and develop a growing business within hotel services? We are looking for an engaged and business-driven Regional & Business Area Manager who wants to take responsibility for results, customer relations, and employees within their area.

About the role

As the Regional & Business Area Manager, you are responsible for the business's results, quality, and development. You lead and coach Service Managers, develop customer relations, and ensure that the business is run efficiently and profitably. The role combines strategic business work with operational leadership, and you report to the COO while being part of the company's operational management.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for budget, results, and profitability
• Develop the business through upselling and new business opportunities
• Build and develop long-term customer relations
• Lead, coach, and develop employees and managers
• Ensure high quality, good working environment, and compliance with laws, agreements, and internal routines

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in leadership with budget, results, and personnel responsibility
• Is business-minded, structured, and result-oriented
• Has experience in customer responsibility and relationship-building work
• Thrives on combining strategic work with operational leadership
• Has good knowledge of economics and business management
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and holds a valid driver's license (Category B)
