Do you want to lead a department with a central role in the development of future water and wastewater infrastructure? We are now looking for an experienced interim Group Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for a group focused on project initiation, investment planning, and business development. Here you will combine strategic leadership with operational responsibility in a complex and socially vital organization.

You are responsible for a team of eight employees whose task is to translate investment needs into feasible new and reconstruction projects, as well as to ensure current hydraulic status analyses for the organization's facilities.

As Group Manager, you lead, plan, and develop the business while also being responsible for personnel, economy, work environment, and business development. The role involves close collaboration with other departments and a strong focus on structure, quality, and improvement work.

The work is primarily performed on-site in Ulvsunda (Bromma) and Högdalen. The assignment begins with no possibility of remote work.

We are looking for you who are a highly experienced manager with documented good leadership skills and experience leading complex businesses through change and development. You work independently, build trust, and have the ability to switch between strategic, tactical, and operational perspectives.

• At least 10 years of experience as a manager with responsibility for personnel, economy, budget, forecasts, and work environment.

• At least 5 years of experience from public sector operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.

• Experience with contracting processes.

• Experience with reorganizations, change management, and implementation of new ways of working.

• Experience as a business and contract manager.

• Relevant university or college degree in a natural science field (degree certificate must be attachable).

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

• Valid B driving license.

• Experience within the water, wastewater, environmental, or sustainability sector.

• Experience from Stockholm Vatten AB.

• Experience as a manager within municipal water and wastewater operations.

• Very good English in speech and writing.
