With us, you will combine strategic leadership with business development and contribute to creating conditions for a radiation-safe society.

The Protection and Security Unit is responsible for development, standardization, and supervision within nuclear protection and security protection. The mission includes, among other things, supervision of nuclear technical operations, security protection in accordance with current legislation, and national and international cooperation. The unit plays a central role in preventing and managing security threats related to nuclear technical operations and operations with ionizing radiation. We are now looking for a manager who wants to lead and further develop the unit, which consists of approximately 10 employees.

The unit belongs to the Preparedness Division, which handles issues related to preparedness, civil defense, and areas such as nuclear material control, transport and export control, security protection, and nuclear protection.

  • take overall responsibility for operations, economy, working environment, and competence supply
  • contribute to the authority's important mission within total defense and civil defense.

The unit is currently located in Solna and Katrineholm. The position is based in Solna, and travel between offices is a natural part of the assignment.

  • good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
  • good ability to express yourself in English, both oral and written
  • Class B driver's license.

It is meritorious if you have
