Job Description

You will report to the majority owner and perform all operational tasks in the business, including hiring staff, conducting meetings, and other related duties.

Commission-Based Salary

As part of the employment, you will become a shareholder in the marketplace if you perform well and have a winner's mindset.

We do not offer a safety net in the form of a guaranteed salary; you will work exclusively on a commission basis and receive your salary based on the company's turnover.
