We are now looking for a Branch Manager for a business in southern Stockholm that works with service, installation, and maintenance regarding laundry rooms, white goods, large-scale kitchens, and restaurant equipment. The business has a strong foundation, satisfied customers, and engaged employees, and is now facing its next phase of development.

About the Branch Manager Role

As Branch Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a business with approximately 22 employees and a turnover of around 40-45 MSEK. You lead the business through service managers, project managers, and technicians, while simultaneously driving the business forward by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating growth.

This role suits you if you want to combine leadership with business development. The business has a stable foundation in laundry rooms and white goods, while the large-scale kitchen and restaurant segments have significant development potential. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction, create new business, and build up an area that management sees as strategically important for the future.

You will work closely with customers, employees, and colleagues within the region and become an important part of Bravida's continued development in the area.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and coach the business's employees and leaders.
• Have full result, budget, and operational responsibility for the branch.
• Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive growth, particularly within the large-scale kitchen and restaurant segments.
• Ensure high quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the business.
• Work closely with project managers and service managers to develop the business and create the right priorities.

About you

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience leading people, businesses, or operations within service, installation, restaurant, large-scale kitchen, property, or another related industry. You do not need to come from the exact right industry – what is more important is that you have an understanding of the service business, customer relationships, and how to create growth through people.

You have experience working close to the business and are accustomed to building relationships with customers, following up on business, and identifying new opportunities. It is important for the role that you have a good financial understanding, and if you have previously had result responsibility or run your own business, it is meritorious but not decisive.

As a person, you are secure, unpretentious, and communicative. You thrive in a flat organization where collaboration is important and where you are expected to be present in the operations. You are curious, engaged, and enjoy creating structure, clarity, and energy around you. Above all, you are a leader who makes people want to follow you on the journey.

Important for the role are:

• Experience of leadership or team management.
• Experience and interest in sales or business development.
• Experience from service, restaurant, large-scale kitchen, installation, property, or similar operations.
• Good business understanding and ability to develop customer relationships.
• Ability to create engagement, structure, and momentum in a business.
• Good communication skills in Swedish.
• Experience working towards budget, goals, or results.

Meritorious:

• Experience from large-scale kitchens, restaurant equipment, or the restaurant industry.
• Experience with result responsibility.
• Experience from contracting, installation, or service operations.
