CESAB is recruiting, on behalf of our client, a commercial and confident CEO for a well-established company in France with approximately 100 employees and a turnover of 100–200 million. Here you will have a key role with significant influence over the business's development, profitability, and future.

You lead the operations through the company's management team and are responsible for results, organization, and business development. The role involves close collaboration with the Swedish parent company, and you will be a member of the group's executive board.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading operations and developing organizations.

• Is a confident and commercial leader with good technical understanding.

• Fluently speaks and writes French and has good knowledge of Swedish.

• Has experience negotiating and interpreting contracts.

• Thrives in an international environment where you combine strategic leadership with operational responsibility.
