We believe in the individual's ability to change – with the right support, clear structures, and professional relationships.

About Krinolinen

Krinolinen is one of Stockholm's largest supported housing facilities, offering approximately 64 places for women, men, and couples.

We offer a safe, sober, and drug-free environment where residents are given the opportunity to develop independence through participation, engagement, and a rehabilitative approach.

  • Several years of experience working in supported housing, residential care homes (HVB), treatment centers, or other comparable social work operations.
  • Documented experience in leading personnel with full personnel responsibility.
  • Good knowledge of the Social Services Act and social documentation.
  • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good administrative and digital competence.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a secure and unpretentious leader with high integrity.

You have a coaching leadership style and are accustomed to creating engagement, participation, and joy in work.

You are structured and solution-oriented and have the ability to make clear decisions even in complex situations.

You are driven by developing both people and operations and see opportunities where others see obstacles.

For you, quality, collaboration, and professionalism are a natural part of everyday life.

Why choose Primagruppen?
