Your new role

We are looking for an experienced rent negotiator who wants to take a central position in a specialist team responsible for a large real estate portfolio consisting of over 200 facilities across Sweden.

In this role, you will work closely with both internal decision-makers and external property owners with the goal of optimizing rental costs, creating long-term sustainable agreements, and ensuring competitive terms. You will become an important part of an ongoing transformation journey where real estate strategy, business development, and cost efficiency are high on the agenda.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Drive and conduct strategic rent negotiations with property owners across Sweden.
• Ensure competitive rental levels through market analyses, benchmarking, and data-driven decision support.
• Identify optimization opportunities based on regional market conditions.
• Compete existing and future establishments to create the best possible business terms.
• Prepare, structure, and present decision support materials prior to negotiations and investments.
• Manage complex dialogues with external counterparts in a professional and results-oriented manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding real estate strategy, cost development, and long-term portfolio development.

Scope of assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Our client works on the principle of flexible workplace, but physical presence is required 3 days per week, agreed upon depending on the nature of the assignment together with the client.
Start: As soon as possible.
End: 2026-12-31, with possibility of extension.

To be successful in this role, you need

• Extensive industry knowledge within the real estate and leasing sector.
• Documented experience in qualified business negotiations and contract negotiations.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed operations and a good understanding of regional market conditions in Sweden.
• Experience in preparing and presenting decision support materials for different stakeholder groups.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
