About the role
In this role, you have the overall responsibility for leading, coordinating, and developing the company's safety work. This role is suitable for you who want to combine strategic leadership with operational execution and who enjoy extensive collaboration, both internally and externally. You drive the work with the aim of strengthening safety for tenants and creating good living environments. An important part of the assignment is to create structure, work with preventive measures, and ensure that the work contributes to long-term sustainable residential areas.

You also lead and coordinate the social housing work, for example regarding issues related to disturbances, incorrect rental conditions, and eviction prevention measures. The role involves close collaboration with social services, police, the city, other authorities, property owners, and local actors. You also work with emergency preparedness issues and routines in the event of incidents.

You are the manager of a team of five people and report to the Marketing Manager.

About you
We are looking for you who have a university education in a relevant field and preferably previous experience from a similar role in the real estate industry or the public housing sector. You have experience in leadership and have a good understanding of safety issues and work in complex environments. Experience of strategic collaboration between different societal functions is important, as is the ability to turn plans and strategies into concrete and functioning work. It is an advantage if you have experience of politically governed organizations and knowledge of rental law.

To succeed in the role, you need to be relationship-building and collaboration-oriented. You are self-starting, structured, and action-oriented, with a good ability to see the big picture and prioritize. As a person, you are also sensitive, clear, and pragmatic. You have an easy time building trust, handling complex issues, and communicating in a way that engages both tenants, colleagues, and external partners.
