Are you the right person to join the school leadership team at one of Sweden's largest upper secondary schools?

Rudbeck is Sollentuna Municipality's upper secondary school, offering a broad range of education including university-preparatory and vocational programs as well as introductory programs. The school has approximately 2,300 students and 230 employees.

We are now looking for a Program Director for the Business and Economics program.

Responsibilities

As Program Director, you are responsible for both operational and strategic aspects of assigned areas. The role comes with a broad mandate and clear delegation from the School Principal, granting significant freedom to influence and drive the development of the upper secondary school. The framework is defined by national and municipal steering documents. The Program Director has personnel and budgetary responsibility and leads the pedagogical work within the assigned areas. In the management group, consisting of eight managers, we work together on systematic quality and work environment efforts, as well as other overarching operational processes where functional responsibilities are distributed within the group.

Qualifications

We are looking for our new Program Director to have a university-level pedagogical education focused on upper secondary school, or other education deemed adequate by the employer. You have many years of experience in school leadership roles. Since the assignment involves leading Rudbeck's Business and Economics program, previous experience with this specific program and good knowledge of entrepreneurship and business are highly valued. Completion or ongoing participation in the state-run principal education program is a merit.

You are part of a management chain and are clear about the organization's goals, roles, and expectations of you.
