About the Role

Do you want to build and lead a new business unit from the ground up?

Retail24 is seeking a commercially driven expert to establish and drive our Swedish Point of Sales Material (POSM) operations. As Manager POSM Services Sweden, you will be responsible for the entire chain — from design and production to manufacturing and implementation. The role requires you to quickly generate revenue through your existing network while building a scalable and operationally ready business.

This is a senior role within the Swedish management team. You will become part of a Nordic team with colleagues in Denmark, Finland, and Norway, reporting to the Nordic POSM Manager in Finland.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Swedish POSM operations.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle: design, sourcing, production, manufacturing, and implementation.
• Actively develop the business and leverage your network to secure new clients and drive rapid revenue growth.
• Oversee the production of exhibition stands and in-store materials, ensuring high quality standards.
• Coordinate suppliers, production partners, and logistics to meet delivery deadlines and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Nordic colleagues to harmonize processes and share best practices.
• Act as the primary contact person for Swedish clients and local suppliers.

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Documented experience working with POSM, retail marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in production and project management of exhibition stands / trade show displays.
• A strong and active industry network capable of generating immediate business opportunities.
• Good understanding of the production chain, including design and manufacturing logistics.
• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with production and technical specifications for exhibition stands, in-store displays, and print materials.
• Previous experience working in a Nordic or international organization.
• Experience in building up or scaling a business unit or department.
