Do you want to lead one of Sweden's most reputable specialist consulting firms within security, occupational health and safety, and Human-Technology-Organization (HTO)? HTO Security is facing a crucial development phase. After a few challenging years in a weaker market, we are now looking for a CEO who can strengthen our commercial capabilities, create confidence in the organization, and lead the company towards renewed growth and profitability.
About HTO Security HTO Security is a specialist consulting firm that helps customers create safe, efficient, and sustainable operations by understanding the interplay between people, technology, and organizations. Our clients are found in sectors such as energy, nuclear power, infrastructure, railways, industry, construction, defense, and the public sector.
We are part of the Prima Vård Group and have a strong competence base with experienced consultants driven by contributing to a safer society. We are now looking for a CEO who can further develop the company's market position while simultaneously creating engagement, pride, and a common direction internally.

The Role
As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for developing the company commercially, strategically, and culturally. Together with the board, owners, and employees, you will translate the company's strategic direction into concrete results. One of your most important tasks will be to strengthen sales, develop customer relationships, and create a stable platform for long-term growth.
You will, among other things:
- Develop and implement the company's business plan and strategy.
- Drive sales, business development, and market positioning.
- Build and develop relationships with customers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Create a strong sales culture and a well-functioning sales pipeline.
- Further develop the company's service offering based on market needs and new technology, including AI and digitalization.
- Ensure high quality in deliveries on time.
- Attract, develop, and retain key competencies.
- Serve as a visible representative of the company in industry contexts, networks, and public forums.

We believe you have:
- Documented experience in sales, business development, and customer responsibility at a senior level.
- Experience leading knowledge-intensive operations, preferably in consulting.
- A strong network within relevant industries or segments.
- The ability to create structure, focus, and execution power.
- Experience in developing organizations and building strong teams.
- An academic education.
- A good understanding of security, occupational health and safety, or risk-related issues.
Desirable Experience It is particularly desirable if you have experience from one or more of the following areas:
- Nuclear power and the energy sector
- Infrastructure, railways, or transport
- Defense and societal security
- Construction and civil engineering
- Industry and process industry
- Public sector and procurement according to LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act)
- Occupational health and safety, product safety, or risk management
It is also valuable and desirable to have the capacity to be part of the company's delivery yourself.
