We are looking for a secure and action-oriented interim manager to lead a non-profit organization through an important period. The assignment involves creating stability and security in the operations while ensuring operational efficiency and continuity. You will be responsible for daily management, supporting employees in prioritizations, and making necessary decisions in close dialogue with the board.

We are looking for someone with documented management experience from the non-profit sector, preferably from interim assignments, who is accustomed to leading in complex contexts. You are a warm, clear, and unpretentious leader with high emotional intelligence and strong integrity. Through your calmness and decisiveness, you create direction, trust, and a sense of future in the organization.

Start: In February or March by agreement
End: September 2026
Scope: 75-80 %
Location: Stockholm (on-site)
