We are looking for a customer manager for the Property Office.
About the assignment
The assignment is full-time and starts immediately, lasting until mid-May 2026. There is some, but limited, opportunity to work remotely.
Your tasks
- Establish and maintain good relationships with tenants
- Be responsible for coordinating the operational property management
- Have overall responsibility for budget, forecasts, revenue, and result monitoring
- Prepare lease agreements, conduct lease negotiations, and monitor lease agreements
- Be responsible for planning and follow-up of local adaptations within the office's exciting property portfolio
- Participate in investment projects
You will manage the category of District Administrations together with 2 other customer managers. The objects include LSS, group homes, park playgrounds, beach baths, etc., which we lease to the districts in most cases. It includes a few external tenants, but the majority are internal to the city.
Your qualifications
- Relevant university education with a focus on property economics, or you have several years of experience working in property management in a management role.
Meritorious
- Good knowledge of property and rental law, financial analysis, and follow-up
As a person, you are confident, attentive, and trustworthy. You find it easy to collaborate and are businesslike and structured.
You have a high economic awareness and are outgoing with good communication skills in both speech and writing.
