You inspire through your professionalism and your belief in people's willingness and ability to contribute to something greater.

We see that you need to have:

  • Experience as a manager and leader.
  • Experience from the non-profit sector or close collaboration with civil society.
  • Experience in project management and/or development work.
  • Education in a relevant field.
  • Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
