Country Manager Norway

Tryggsam is experiencing strong growth and is now taking the next step to establish operations in Norway. We are therefore looking for a Country Manager Norway who wants to take a comprehensive approach to the launch and build a scalable, profitable, and long-term business in a completely new market.

About the role

As Country Manager Norway, you will have overall responsibility for Tryggsam's establishment and growth in the Norwegian market. The role is clearly commercial and combines partnership building, business development, organizational development, and results responsibility. You will start by leading established external partnerships while developing a plan for the local establishment of sales offices.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Establishing and building Tryggsam's operations in Norway
  • Ensuring a stable inflow of high-quality leads through strategic partnerships, thereby contributing to a long-term lower CAC
  • Further developing the partnership strategy in close collaboration with the CEO
  • Building a scalable and profitable Norwegian operation with full P&L responsibility
  • Developing and managing a strong partner portfolio that enables cost-effective lead flows
  • Adapting and further developing offerings, marketing materials, and communication for the Norwegian market

In your daily work, you will drive the business through ongoing dialogue with new and existing partners, follow up on key KPIs such as leads, CAC, conversion, churn, and revenue, and initiate improvement measures as needed. You will set requirements and provide continuous feedback to the sales hub in Spain to ensure quality and conversion.

You will report regularly on status, risks, insights, and recommendations. Monthly and quarterly follow-ups will be conducted on budget and P&L, including forecasts and action plans. You will also analyze partner performance and optimize or renegotiate agreements as needed, as well as ensure compliance by ensuring that processes and communication are in line with Norwegian regulations.

Reporting will be to the CEO of Sweden, and you will become part of the company's management team.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in telemarketing (B2C) and subscription business
  • An established network in Norway (e.g., insurance, electricity, telecom, membership organizations)
  • Experience in business development and P&L/results responsibility
  • Understanding of key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn
  • Experience in compliance/legal related to consumer protection and marketing
  • Ability to act as a requirement setter towards external sales teams and drive quality/conversion improvements
  • Norwegian as a native language, very good English, and understanding of Swedish
  • Very good MS Office/Google Work skills

As a negotiator, you are skilled and can create win-win arrangements that strengthen partnerships while protecting Tryggsam's margins and interests. Finally, you have a clear drive for development – you want to grow in your role as a leader, develop the business and offerings, and streamline working methods to create a scalable and profitable operation.

About the position

Location – Oslo or Stockholm (Danvikscenter)

Scope – Full-time, permanent

Start – Desired in Q2 2026
