We are looking for a business-driven leader who wants to establish and develop a local operation in the staffing of senior expertise.
This is a commission-based role with clear accountability for results.
About the assignment
You are responsible for building up the district in your city.
You sell staffing services to companies and individuals.
You recruit retirees for assignments.
You build a customer base with recurring revenue.
You drive growth and are responsible for the district's results.
You lead locally.
You sell yourself.
You build structure.
Compensation
Completely commission-based compensation linked to the district's invoiced volume.
No upper limit.
Example:
With 700–900 invoiced hours per month, the district achieves a result level equivalent to a leading position in smaller companies.
Development opportunity
The role entails clear business responsibility and can over time develop into a more independent setup with full market responsibility.
We are looking for someone who
• Has documented service sales experience
• Has had result or budget responsibility
• Understands margin and volume
• Is willing to work without a fixed salary
• Wants to take long-term responsibility for a local market
