Do you want to work closely with business in a senior role where you develop customer relationships, drive business, and contribute to creating attractive and well-functioning office environments? We are currently looking for a Business Area Manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to customer, business, and development within a growing service area.
The role combines strategic business development with operational customer responsibility and is suitable for you who are confident in dialogue with property developers, property owners, and tenants. You work long-term, consultatively, and relationship-driven with a focus on quality, service, and value-creating solutions.
You will be a key person in further developing the business and strengthening collaborations with customers who shape the future of properties and workplaces.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and deepening customer relationships and driving business within property services. You will work closely with the customer's operations and needs and create solutions that contribute to attractive, sustainable, and efficient office environments.
You will, among other things:
Have overall responsibility for selected key customers within the property industry
Drive new customer acquisition and identify new business opportunities
Develop existing contracts and service deliveries
Lead business dialogues from needs analysis to quotes, contracts, and follow-up
Work consultatively regarding service, work environment, and user experience in properties
Coordinate internal delivery teams to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
Contribute to the development of service offerings and working methods
You are an experienced, confident, and business-driven relationship builder who understands both the customer's business and the value of high-quality service delivery. You are used to working independently with significant customer responsibility and thrive in roles where trust and long-term relationships are central.
We believe you have:
Several years of experience in customer and business responsibility, preferably related to real estate or adjacent industries
Solid background in B2B sales and business development
Experience working with complex service agreements and longer customer cycles
Good understanding of property development, management, or workplace-related services
Excellent communication skills and confidence in dialogue with decision-makers
Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational action
As a person, you are structured, proactive, and trust-building. You build relationships naturally and are driven by creating concrete customer benefits.
You have post-secondary education in areas such as economics, service management, real estate, marketing, or equivalent experience from working life. Practical experience in service delivery to real estate companies or project-oriented environments is an advantage.

Extent: Full-time, permanent
Salary: individual salary setting, fixed + commission.
