We are looking for a driven, clear, and development-oriented Operations Manager who wants to lead our operational activities and become a key person in Smart Parking's continued growth journey.

This is the role for you if you have experience leading teams in operational activities — perhaps as a team leader, first-line manager, or similar — and are now ready for greater responsibility and a more strategic position.

About the role

As an Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operations within our monitoring business and become an important part of the management team. You will lead our team leaders and parking attendants at multiple locations and work closely with the business as well as with the CEO and HR to develop work processes, structure, and quality.

You will be based at our office in Hallunda (Stockholm), and travel to our assignment locations will occur.

Your main responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and parking attendants.
• Ensure efficient, quality, and well-planned operations and staffing.
• Follow up and develop work methods for increased quality and productivity.

Process & Business Development

• Work closely with management and HR to drive improvement and change initiatives.
• Act as an internal business developer for the operations organization.
• Prepare statistics, reports, and materials for development decisions.

Customer & Business

• Be the link between our clients and the operational business.
• Participate in the startup of new assignments and ensure good customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on contracts, quality, and goals.

Regulations, Work Environment & Procedures

• Ensure compliance with collective agreements, laws, and internal policies.
• Participate in systematic work environment efforts together with safety representatives.
• Be responsible for key and equipment management within operations.

We believe you will succeed in the role if you

• Have experience leading teams in operational activities — preferably from parking supervision, security, logistics, transport, safety, or similar industries.
• Are confident in the leadership role but still curious, development-oriented, and want to grow.
• Have an interest in structure, quality, and how to build effective work processes.
• Enjoy being present, communicative, and clear in your leadership.
• Can switch between operational tasks and strategic assignments.
• Have a good understanding of work environment, agreements, and personnel issues (or the willingness to learn more).

Other

The job is full-time, and the core hours of the business are between 09-15; outside of this, flexible hours apply.

The position starts with a 6-month probationary period. The work is based at our office in Hallunda but also involves travel to other locations where we have monitoring assignments.
