Client Administrator at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now looking for more employees. Our primary goal is to reduce recidivism – to break the vicious cycle. If we succeed, society will be safer and more secure for everyone. We are the authority responsible for prisons, probation, remand centers, and client transports.

Fosie Prison is located on the outskirts of Malmö and was built in 1986. Fosie is a security class 2 prison with room for 173 men, where approximately 300 employees and 10 managers manage, lead, and develop the operations. The operations are in constant change and have been expanded several times over the years, including the establishment of places for particularly resource-intensive inmates (SRI) and through a new modular building completed in 2023.
