FP&A Analyst at Rosti Group – Malmö (HQ)
Do you want to be part of a global team that turns ideas into reality? Then Rosti is the place for you. We are now looking for an FP&A Analyst for our headquarters in Västra Hamnen, Malmö – a role for you who wants to take the next step in finance and develop towards Business Control in an international and future-driven organization. You will be part of the finance team consisting of 6 people.
The position is a permanent employment and you will report to the Head of Group Business Control.
About the role
As an FP&A Analyst, you will have the opportunity to grow into a role as you develop, while becoming a key person in our financial reporting and planning at the group level. You will work closely with our Finance colleagues in ten countries and play a central role in creating the conditions for well-informed decisions, long-term planning, and stable governance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Being a central part of the monthly financial reporting process as well as the forecasting process, which is conducted twice a year.
- Consolidating the group's reporting and producing monthly reports and materials for the group management and board.
- Maintaining close contact with Financial Controllers in our operations globally – supporting, following up, and ensuring the quality of their figures.
- Building reports and administering our group reporting system Cognos.
- Creating guidelines, instructions, and templates to streamline planning and reporting processes.
- Supporting the Head of Business Control and CFO in ad-hoc analyses and projects.
- Challenging and supporting Group IT in Opex and Capex projects.
- Traveling as needed to our international Rosti facilities.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you are at the beginning of your career and want to grow in a role where both people and numbers are at the center. You are analytical, curious, and have a knack for systems and digital tools, with a genuine interest in developing within Business Control. You thrive in working with modern systems and tools, are willing to take responsibility, and see opportunities to improve and develop working methods. At the same time, you are curious about the world and appreciate the opportunity to travel to our operations when needed.
Background and competencies
- Academic degree in economics/finance.
- 1–3 years of work experience in analysis, finance, controlling, or similar.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Why Rosti?
At Rosti, you become part of a global company with operations in ten countries, where international collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. We offer an open and inclusive culture where development, accountability, and humility are encouraged, and where colleagues are social, down-to-earth, and always ready to help each other.
You will work in a modern and inspiring environment at our headquarters in Västra Hamnen in Malmö. As an employee, you will also enjoy great benefits such as parking opportunities and health insurance – all to create a safe and sustainable workday.
