About the Position
As a claims adjuster in the motor damage department, you will handle incoming calls from Länsförsäkringar Skåne's policyholders. Based in Malmö, Gängtappen, you will be part of an open and helpful department with about 42 employees. Together, you will assist Länsförsäkringar's customers and manage various cases related to motor damage, from damaged to stolen vehicles.
In the role of claims adjuster, you will have the opportunity to work part-time approximately two days a week during the semesters and full-time during the summer and Christmas holidays. Working hours are between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday.
Your main responsibilities as a claims adjuster will include:
- Handling incoming calls and processing various cases related to motor damage
- Registering, administering, and following up on cases
- Ongoing contact with workshops and Länsförsäkringar's internal functions
- Conducting simple payment services such as invoice payments
The position of claims adjuster is a consulting assignment via Adecco. It includes one to two weeks of internal training.
About You
As a claims adjuster, you will primarily work with the phone, so it is important that you feel comfortable with this type of communication and customer contact. Ideally, you have previous experience in similar customer service or phone support roles.
You are currently studying at a university or college and are available to work full-time during the summer and Christmas holidays, as well as part-time approximately two days a week during the semesters.

Important for the Position:
- Previous experience in customer service, for example, in retail or restaurants
- You are studying or have another main occupation of at least 50%, preferably with three semesters left of your studies
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
