Our Offer

As a senior tax lawyer at Forvis Mazars, you will play a central role in developing and driving our tax assignments. You will primarily work with:

• Income tax
• Corporate taxation
• Tax issues for shareholders in closely held companies

In your role, you will work with ownership and financing structures, restructurings, generational shifts, sales and acquisitions, as well as incentive programs.

You are expected to have excellent knowledge of Swedish individual and corporate taxation, particularly in closely held companies. You will be a key person in our client relationships, responsible for both quality and business development. To succeed in this role, we see that you appreciate the commercial aspect and business acumen of tax law, as well as value-creating advisory services. We would like you to bring your own network and be able to create, develop, and drive new assignments.

We Want to Get to Know You!

We are looking for someone who is materially skilled in income tax and wants to combine their expertise with being out in the market and creating business. To thrive in this role, you are driven, business-oriented, and used to working independently while also appreciating teamwork.

We believe you have:

• At least 6 years of consulting experience with a focus on income tax
• Experience in corporate taxation and closely held companies
• A law degree or other relevant legal education
• A documented ability to drive your own assignments and build client relationships
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
