More information about the company will be provided during the interview process! About the Role As a Data Analyst, you will work with systematic improvement efforts related to procurement. You will be an important part of the team’s work to develop methods, processes, and interfaces between the company’s various tools. Your tasks will include: • Extracting data and metadata from the systems, compiling analysis materials, and creating presentation materials, primarily in Excel and Power BI. • Participating in larger and smaller projects related to improvement work, system development, and internal routines. • Working with structured internal control and quality assurance of data, documents, and system information. • Daily work in the company’s central systems such as Aveva ERM, Agresso, Windchill, and Power BI. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is engaged and goal-oriented, and who thrives in a role where service is key. You have a knack for collaboration, take responsibility for keeping information organized, and communicate it clearly and effectively. Requirements • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as industrial economics, procurement, supply chain, data economics, or similar. • Work experience with ERP systems • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Strong skills in Excel • Experience with PDM tools • Experience with Power BI, QlikView, or similar The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the Security Protection Act.
